Tutan Entertainment aims to be the leading provider of exceptional live music performances and elevate the cultural experience through innovative and immersive events.
Firstly, they aim to create unforgettable experiences that showcase extraordinary solo performances and orchestra ensembles. By selecting world-class musicians and performers who embody the essence of classical music, they bring their artistry to life on stage, captivating audiences with their virtuosity, emotion, and depth of expression.
Secondly, they are dedicated to fostering the growth and appreciation of classical music in the current environment. They understand the importance of nurturing a new generation of music enthusiasts and breaking down barriers to classical music appreciation. Through educational programs, outreach initiatives, and collaborations with schools and community organizations.
This website consists of a Home page with Banner Sections and introduction of other areas of the website. Also have the Who we are page where the company details are written. What we do page consists of Events, Hire Us, Tutan Festival Orchestra & Learning section. What’s on section consists of a listing of events. Clicking on any specific event will redirect to the Event Details page of that specific event. Two other pages are also there Adopt a chair & Gift a seat. Also we have put a Blog page (which is the listing of all blogs), Blog details page for the detailed view of all blogs & a Contact us page.
The Challenges
From the beginning client was very much keen about the design and client mentioned she had very less time and she wanted each and every point of the website customisable. All these requirements are absolutely normal but in a very short amount of time it was a bit challenging to maintain or satisfy all these requirements.
Maintaining all design requirements from clients
This was an event management site and the client wanted it to be very attractive, very charming, unique, lucrative design. But that is not a challenging part. That is a usual need from the client side. But the challenge was that the client’s existing site was very beautiful, looks wise. Making that more beautiful and user friendly was the challenging part.
Make it very quick
Executing a normal website within certain days is not an issue but for the client there was a huge event coming very soon and it was the biggest event of her life before that she wanted to renovate the website so it was a huge responsibility and challenge for us.
Make it customizable at each and every point
Making a static page in a hurry is not a challenge at all but whenever you want to make each and every element customizable that makes a challenge and as we were ready to take the challenge we accepted it.
The Solutions
Of Course if there is a challenge there must be solutions as well. We decided to solve each of the problems in our own way.
Maintaining all design requirements from clients. → We engaged our most experienced designers to work directly with the client, understand and the feedback on a dedicated basis. We engaged more designers instead of required or decided. Also the existing site was really beautiful. So that was another challenge to overcome in every aspect. We did our research on it and tried to look at a lot of websites with similar ideas. We looked at websites like:
a. Google Web Design
b. Theme Forest
c. Behance
d. Pinterest etc.
Also put our experience to deliver the best in all the aspects like Interface or User Experience.
Make it very quick → We decided to engage 2 more developers at the time of development & also worked extra hours from the beginning so that we can finish things early and have time for quality check and feedback implementation.
Make it customizable at each and every point. → Also using Elementor solved our third problem of customisation. Client demanded that she used to have multiple events on a shorter time frame so she should be able to manage her site with all aspects from the beginning to the end. We showed the client how he / she can edit each and every point of the website with a How to document and Demo video tutorial. This is how we managed all sides.
The Result
There is no doubt about it the Expected or Desired result was similar with the actual result.
According to the client the website created a mindblowing effect.
