About the Project
This is a communication platform between the sales persons of different organizations regarding financial tools such as bonds securities etc.
The set up is as follows.
What it actually does
There is a Super admin login.
Super admin can create organization.
Organizations can create only one manager for themselves.
There will be multiple team leaders under one manager.
Under team leader there will be three types of roles.
a. Sales person
b. Trader Person
b. Syndicate Person.
All these persons will be able to register by themselves.
During registration they need to select Organization name, Team Leader name & Role.
Inside any organization anyone will be able to communicate with anyone through 3 forms.
a. Primary Form
b. Axes Form
c. General form.
The Challenges
From the beginning client was very keen about the exact functionalities client mentioned he had very less time and he wanted each and every permission of the website manageable. All these requirements are absolutely normal but in a very short amount of time it was a bit challenging to maintain or satisfy all these requirements.
Maintaining all requirements from clients
This is a financial tools management site and the client wanted it to be very simple to use, very usable and simplistic design.. But that is not a challenging part. That is a usual need from the client side. But the challenge was that the client’s competitor was also great, usability wise. Making user friendly as well as simple was the challenging part.
Make it very quick
Executing a normal website within certain days is not an issue but for the client there was a huge event coming very soon and it was the biggest event of her life before that she wanted to renovate the website so it was a huge responsibility and challenge for us.
Make everything manageable at each and every point
Making a static page in a hurry is not a challenge at all but whenever you want to make each and every logins and permissions customizable that makes a challenge and as we were ready to take the challenge we accepted it.

Of Course if there is a challenge there must be solutions as well. We decided to solve each of the problems in our own way.
Maintaining all requirements from clients
We engaged our most experienced designers & developers to work directly with the client, understand the feedback on a dedicated basis. Also understanding the main functionality part was also challenging and execute it securely as it deals with financial tools.
Also put our experience to deliver the best in all the aspects like Functionality and User Experience.
Make it very quick
We decided to engage 2 more developers at the time of development & also worked extra hours from the beginning so that we can finish things early and have time for quality check and feedback implementation.
Make it customizable at each and every point.
All the users had different permissions and everyone had a specific role in the system so we made an admin part for super admin by understanding the requirement. Made everything clear and understandable for all the developers working and divided the work sprint wise in agile methodology. By engaging everyone in scrum meetings everyday and making point to point functionality clear to everyone and making the quality process efficient we reached the goal very easily.

There is no doubt about it the Expected or Desired result was similar with the actual result.
According to the client the website created a mindblowing effect.
